The 0-1B Visa application process involves a months, and sometimes years-long process of gathering evidence, filling in paperwork, hiring lawyers, sourcing sponsors and management and submitting forms.

Navigating this process is complex and can be prohibitively overwhelming, which is why we asked Elke (who has guided and sponsored dozens of actors through this) to build this class for you. In it, she will detail the long term timeline of preparing for the visa, with a calendar of what needs to be done at each stage. She will walk you through the requirements and application process from start to finish, and share best practices at every stage.

Elke Osadnik (aka: Elke Berry) is an actress originally from Melbourne, Australia. Her career spans over 25 years in Human Resources (specifically, Talent Acquisition) with the past 10+ years combining both US immigration and Talent Acquisition.

Elke is now based in Atlanta, Georgia and owns and operates Stateside Careers, a company with the aim of guiding and sponsoring select artists from all over the world through their own O-1B and O-1B visa journeys.
